I didn't got a fresh flower. Its like a lingam at the centre under the sarpa. Its a native of South America. Its not a common species in Kerala. Shots are from Poovakkattuchira park from Changanacherry.
Aswathi, Very nice of you. I never knew you too had posted abt this. good work. I would like to see a close up of this fresh flower. I was told that, we should not take this flower home unless we get this as prasadam. recently I saw this tree near sree kala theater in Tripuntithura.
