Kadalavanakku

The plant which became famous from the hedges of Kerala(velipathal). Jatropha seeds have 35 % of oil that can be used as bio fuel after dehydration. Jatropha caught public attention after this invention. In my child hood days we used to make bubbles from the juice of Jatropha leaves. These leaves can be used as an effective wind shield cleaner!!!!(tip from an experienced blogger)

Indian Railways has started to use this oil in their diesel engines. Its a great leap in the field of the development of bio fuel.
